These terms set out the rules for using Free AI Caption Generator, a free AI-assisted caption tool operated by SaaS Cloud LLC.
Agreement and eligibility
By using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority required where you live if higher. If you are under that age, you may not use the service.
A free AI-assisted service
The service is provided primarily as a free, browser-based AI caption creator. We may change, pause, or discontinue features to maintain or improve the service. We do not promise that any feature will always be available or work without interruption.
AI can be inaccurate. Caption text, timing, translations, styles, and any other output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing every generated output before publishing, sharing, relying on, or using it.
Your content and responsibilities
You keep ownership of the content you create or process, subject to any rights held by others. You confirm that you have the rights, permissions, and consents needed to use your video, audio, names, likenesses, captions, and other material with the service.
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, deceive others, distribute harmful material, or interfere with the service or its users.
No professional advice
The service and its AI-generated output are not legal, financial, medical, employment, safety, accessibility, or other professional advice. Do not use output as a substitute for an independent review by a qualified person.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. SaaS Cloud LLC does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaS Cloud LLC and its members, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of, or inability to use, the service or its output. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
